About Us

A family-centered hospital that has served Fredonia and the surrounding communities since 1950.

Fredonia Regional Hospital is located in Fredonia, Kansas and provides a broad range of modern healthcare services.

Being a 25-bed Critical Access Facility (CAH) that employs over 130 people with competitive wages, strong leadership and 24/7 nursing, and that provides the highest quality patient care, makes FRH a great place for employees and patients.

Services at FRH include medical, surgical, emergency, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, interventional radiology and outpatient services. Along with these services, FRH provides superior educational opportunities including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), trauma certification, pre-hospital life support and advanced pediatric life support. EMS services are hospital based, with affiliation to AeroMed Transport and Life Team.

70 years of trusted care

The hospital was dedicated in 1950 as St. Margaret's Mercy Hospital and became Fredonia Regional Hospital in 1985. A 24,800 square foot expansion opened in 2008.
